Refund Policy

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

 

Hotel/ Lodge/ Cottage/ House / Anything booked with Amarlodge

 

  1. We are follows government act & property’s cancellation policy.
  2. To Cancel a booking, Login customer must go to ‘My booking’ > ’Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation. Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property owner and the time of cancellation date.
  3. Date change is possible for any hotel booking. You can also extend the date if the room is vacant and the authorities have no problem.
  4. 24 hours before check-in the reserve will not be canceled or changed in any way. Money will not be refunded if there is no valid reason.
  5. Refund will get initiated. A successful cancellation and may take up to 2-3 working days to be completed.
  6. If the Hotel/ Lodge/ Cottage/ House / Anything management is cancelled your booking by manager/ Owner, customer must inform Amarlodge through Hotline 01766948957 or email us [email protected]
  7. *Convenience fee is charged by the service provider & it is non-refundable.
  8. After a successfull cancellation user will get his/her money back within 7-10 days.

 

Bus/ Boat / Launch / Any Transport

  1. Amarlodge follows government and Bus/ Boat / Launch / Any Transport operator’s cancellation policy.
  2. To Cancel a ticket, login customer must go to ‘My booking’ > ’Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation.
  3. Additional charges might be applicable in case of cancellation which will depend on the nature of the cancel request.
  4. EID or Holiday tickets are not cancellable or refundable. Bus/ Boat / Launch / Any Transport Authority has the right to cancel any bus schedule at any time.
  5. If the Bus/ Boat / Launch / Any Transport is cancelled by the Bus Operator, customer must inform Amarlodge through Hotline 01766948957 or email us [email protected]
  6. Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and may take up to 3 working days to be completed.
  7. *Convenience fee is charged by the service provider & it is non-refundable.
  8. After a successfull cancellation user will get his/her money back within 7-10 days

 

Tour & Travells

  1. Amarlodge follows tour operator’s cancellation policy.
  2. To Cancel, login customer must go to ‘My booking’ > ’Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation.
  3. Please check the given policy under each tour before booking.
  4. Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  5. Refund will get initiated after a successful cancellation and may take up to 2-3 working days to be completed.
  6. *Convenience fee is charged by the service provider & it is non-refundable.
  7. After a successfull cancellation user will get his/her money back within 7-10 days.
